We are always recruiting more pilots to join our team.
If you wish to join the team, there are many positions available. However, they are only acquired based on experience and approval from the staff team. When joining the team, please be aware that it is recommended by the staff team that pilots only fly for TAAG Angola Virtual Airlines, as this will enhance the experience for pilots by allowing proper rest between flights and a consistent overall positive experience.
To join the team, please email our staff at team --> hrdepartment@taagvirtual.com. With the following information:
- FULL NAME
- DESIRED POSITION
- TOTAL SIMULATOR HOURS
- ANY REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE
- AGE AND DATE OF BIRTH
- NATIONALITY
Once the team has reviewed your information, they will reach out to you if they need further information and to continue to the next step of the recruitment. If you are not contacted after 2 WEEKS OF THE EMAIL SENT, PLEASE CONSIDER YOURSELF UNSUCCESSFUL.
The next and final step is to conduct a virtual informal interview with one of the board members. At the end of the interview, you will be assigned a fleet and position with us thereafter.
To verify your identity, after a successful interview, you will have 14 days to send a formal form of ID to our staff team in order to process your entrance. [Any documents sent to TAAG Virtual will be immediately erased after viewing and not stored in the database.] If you do not agree with this process, please email the HR department team for alternative routes.
